Tencent WorkBuddy officially announced the launch of “Human-AI Co-Writing” today—the industry's only solution that supports editing both online documents and local files: people + people + AI can work on the same document together, with all AI edits taking effect instantly.
Whether it is an online Tencent Document or a local file (Word, Excel, PPT, or MD), opening it through WorkBuddy lets you enter Tencent Document's native AI editor for preview and editing. There is no need to refresh, copy and paste, switch windows repeatedly, or wait—AI comes directly into your document to seamlessly take over the editing, directly modifying your local and online documents with true WYSIWYG results.
Open a document through WorkBuddy, select the text, tables, images, PPT elements, or other content that needs modification → click “AI Edit” → tell it how to make the changes in natural language. AI will complete the revisions directly in the original file, while users can continue editing, adding content, and leaving comments. All changes are synchronized in real time, and once the revisions are complete, the updated content appears directly in the document.
