According to official news from Alibaba Cloud, its enterprise human-Agent collaboration platform “Wanyou Wujie” opened its public beta today.
Enterprise and individual users can register and try it through the official website ( https://www.qianwenai.com/agents/wanyou ), with access to Alibaba’s latest flagship model, Qwen3.8-Max.
According to the introduction, Wanyou Wujie is a collaborative workspace for multi-role Agents. Rather than having a single AI Agent handle everything, it breaks down complex tasks among multiple Agents with different responsibilities. Members and assets are organized in a “project space,” while multiple Agents use group chats to take turns advancing the same task. The outputs generated along the way are stored in the asset library and become reusable digital assets for the enterprise.

The platform is built around several core functions. The project space is a container for organizing collaboration, bringing group chats, members, and assets together under the same project. Agent sessions come in two forms: one-on-one chats and group chats. Users can talk with an Agent individually or collaborate with multiple Agents in a group chat. Projects are dynamically planned by the PMO Agent “Xiaoyou” based on SOP templates, with tasks assigned to human and Agent members for collaborative execution. The asset library automatically retains files generated during the work process so they can be retrieved at any time. The AI Marketplace allows administrators to select and configure AI resources.
Wanyou Wujie has two primary Agents: “Xiaowan” belongs to the user and serves as a personal executive assistant; “Xiaoyou” belongs to the project and serves as the project manager, planning tasks, generating assignment plans, driving progress, and organizing retrospectives according to established processes.
Compared with traditional AI Agents, Agents on Wanyou Wujie have persistent identities, organizational memory, permission boundaries, and collaboration mechanisms. They can be assigned tasks and evaluated, with clear ownership of their outputs. The basis for decisions and judgments made in a project is retained with that project and can be referenced by other projects within the authorized scope. Administrators define the availability of memory, assets, and tools, and Agents act only within controlled boundaries. Multiple people and Agents divide work by milestones and advance projects step by step according to prerequisites, while people can review and correct the work at key milestones.
In addition to the two built-in primary Agents, the sources of Agents on Wanyou Wujie are open. Users can select capabilities from the skills marketplace to assemble customized Agents, or connect Agents already deployed locally that comply with the A2A protocol. This covers collaboration scenarios across manufacturing, film and television, scientific research, design, retail, and other industries.
Consistent with its enterprise positioning, Wanyou Wujie emphasizes that “accumulated value belongs to the enterprise.” For an AI Agent trained by an individual, experience can only accumulate in that person’s account; when the person leaves, the experience leaves with them. Wanyou Wujie is designed on the opposite premise: organizational memory and process assets belong entirely to the enterprise account, while the permission system ensures they can be reused within the authorized scope. Personnel changes therefore do not affect the continuity of organizational capabilities.
Wanyou Wujie also provides an enterprise administration console. Administrators can manage the organization, AI resources, and knowledge assets, as well as subscription billing and data dashboards. They can purchase three types of resources from the AI Marketplace: intelligent agents, skills, and connectors, and audit intelligent agents created by members. The company’s AI assets become visible, manageable, and auditable.
Taking film and television production as an example, users can select the “AI Film and Television Short-Drama Creation Project” template to create a project space. A vertical short drama can progress from topic selection to final production entirely within the same project space. Nine Agents covering scriptwriting, film and television assets, video production, compliance review, distribution, and promotion remain engaged from the beginning to the end of the project, completing one-stop production from the initial story idea to the launch of the finished work. After the project ends, its processes, decision criteria, and collaboration experience are automatically consolidated into a template. Similar projects can then start directly from that template, with users needing only to adjust the differences.
Wanyou Wujie is currently available for public beta testing by enterprise users. After purchasing an enterprise subscription plan, administrators can configure members according to the number of seats and manage the company’s AI resources and shared enterprise knowledge base.
