
According to The Paper, Wang Xingxing, chairman, general manager, and chief technology officer of Unitree Robotics, said during an online roadshow today that entering the capital market marks a new starting point for Unitree Robotics.
Wang Xingxing said that Unitree Robotics will continue to tackle key hardware and software technologies, including embodied large models, scenario data collection and analysis, reinforcement learning, embodied foundation models, in-house development of core components, and high-performance actuators. The company will also actively explore more product forms and models, such as humanoid robots, quadruped robots, and mecha, promote robots taking on high-intensity and high-risk manual labor, unleash human creativity, and advance the use of robotics for the benefit of society.
Unitree Robotics announced yesterday that it would conduct an initial public offering and list on the STAR Market, with an issue price of 150.80 yuan per share. The offering consists of 40.446434 million shares, accounting for 10% of the total share capital after the offering.

In addition, Unitree Robotics has an offering price-to-earnings ratio of 219.23 times, higher than the industry average of 38.56 times. The company is expected to raise approximately 6.099 billion yuan in total, or approximately 5.917 billion yuan net. Strategic placement investors were allocated 8.089286 million shares, including the Social Security Fund, DeepSeek, and China National Petroleum Group. The online subscription date is August 10, and the payment date is August 12.
