01.AI issued an announcement stating that, due to an upgrade to the company's product and service system and a further focus on enterprise-level artificial intelligence solutions, 01.AI's Large Model Open Platform will gradually stop providing users with online trials, API calls, top-ups, and other related services.
Note: 01.AI was founded by Li Kaifu in Beijing in May 2023. It is an artificial intelligence company focused on the research and development of AI large models and enterprise-level intelligent agents (AI Agents).
The company stated that, to protect users' rights and interests, the platform will reserve a necessary service transition period and open channels for balance refunds and account processing. Users are advised to complete business migration, data retention, and related arrangements in advance. Users with account balances may apply for refunds according to the platform's guidelines. 01.AI will complete the relevant processing promptly and orderly in accordance with laws and regulations.
New user registrations and top-up services will stop effective immediately; account login, bill inquiries, and usage detail inquiries will remain available.
Model trials, API calls, and related services will stop at 24:00 on September 3, 2026.
The refund application window will remain open until 24:00 on December 3, 2026.
