Xiaomi officially announced today that its next-generation humanoid robot has debuted at the 2026 World Robot Expo and is appearing at the “Embodied Garden” booth.
According to the introduction, Xiaomi’s next-generation humanoid robot will act as a “florist” this time. It can pick up scented pieces, scatter flowers, and hand them to visitors, as well as shake hands and fist-bump, with the company claiming that its “movements are natural and fluid.”
According to the plan, the booth will open to general visitors on August 20.
The 2026 World Robot Conference will be held from August 19 to 23. At yesterday’s earnings call, Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing revealed that Xiaomi’s robot will make its first public appearance at the 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC).
The robot stands approximately 1.70 meters tall and weighs 66 kilograms. It has 66 degrees of freedom throughout its body, half of them concentrated in its hands. The product is still at the prototype stage and will be exhibited in Europe after its first domestic exhibition.
