WeChat Pay officially announced today that the WeChat Pay AI Dedicated Card has added support for DeepSeek Harness and OpenClaw, following WorkBuddy and QClaw.
After authorization, users only need to state their requirements in the conversation to experience a new consumption process, from intelligent dialogue-based recommendations to placing orders and making payments.
The AI Dedicated Card currently supports DeepSeek Harness and OpenClaw in making paid calls to more than 700 Pay Skills on Skillhub. More scenarios will be covered in the future.
Activation steps:
Step 1: Copy the following sentence to DeepSeek Harness or OpenClaw to complete the download, installation, and configuration with one click.

Step 2: Use paid skills through Skillhub. When making a payment for the first time, the Agent will generate a binding link. You can also tell it directly, “Help me bind a WeChat Pay AI Dedicated Card,” and click “Tap to proceed with binding.”
Step 3: Once the Agent finds a Pay Skill, it will create an order and display a payment authorization prompt. After a second confirmation on the phone, the amount will be deducted from the AI Dedicated Card, allowing the Agent to call the Pay Skill and complete the task.
On June 17, WeChat Pay officially launched the AI Dedicated Card. Zhang Jun, Public Relations Director of Tencent, summarized the card’s functions:
The AI Dedicated Card that everyone has been watching is here. Its spending limit is specified and managed by the user, and it operates under a strong authorization model. Put simply, when asking someone to handle a task, you often need to give them money to buy what is needed. The same applies when asking an agent to handle a task.
One netizen offered an even more vivid analogy: It is like when I was a child and an adult gave me money to buy them a pack of cigarettes.
Regarding security concerns, WeChat officially reiterated that the WeChat Pay AI Dedicated Card does not withdraw funds directly by obtaining sensitive information such as the user’s account password. Instead, it helps users make purchases and pay for consumption within the scope set by the user and when permitted:
Separate from the main account, never crossing the line: The AI Dedicated Card is completely isolated from the WeChat Pay main account. All consumption in the Agent can use only the dedicated card balance.
You decide how much to put in: Users decide how much money to place on the card and how it is used. The balance can also be adjusted or reclaimed at any time through “Transfer In / Transfer Out.”
Confirmation for every transaction: Without the user’s final authorization for each order, the AI cannot spend even a cent.
