Today, Qwen Open Platform went live, opening service access on three types of terminals—mobile, PC, and AI glasses—to ecosystem partners and developers. The first batch of partners covers more than ten fields, including logistics and transportation, housing and living, local services, wealth management, and automobiles. Through the open platform, third parties can create AI agents that provide users on the Qwen app with a complete service chain—from consultation and recommendations to fulfillment—in an independent conversational space.

According to IT Home, ecosystem partners that have connected to Qwen Open Platform include SF Express, Tiantian Home’s Ebao, Lenovo Enjoy, Ziroom, Yingmi Fund’s Qianman Xiaogu, Hello Car Rental, Caiyun Weather, Express 100’s Guobao, FlashEx, Flight Master, Midea Smart Home, and Dudu Bus. At the same time, Alibaba ecosystem products such as Cainiao, Quark Netdisk, and Quark Scanner have also been integrated, providing users on Qwen with capabilities including smart package sending, cloud drive organization, ultra-high-definition scanning, and file searches.
On Qwen, users only need to @ the relevant service or tap the “dot badge” in the upper-right corner of the page to enter the corresponding agent. Compared with traditional apps, AI agents can support users’ complex needs through capabilities such as understanding, planning, and memory. For example, the SF Express agent can remember logistics-related information such as the user’s shipping address and directly fulfill a request like “Help me send a document to a customer in Shanghai.”
Professional question-and-answer needs in various vertical fields can also be handled by the corresponding partners. For example, Yingmi Fund’s Qianman Xiaogu can combine a user’s investment needs to provide fund screening and analysis in response to a question such as, “I have some spare money that I want to invest for more than three years. What kind of fund would be suitable?” Based on the user’s authorized real account holdings, it can also perform a diagnosis, identify issues such as duplicate holdings and concentrated allocations, and provide corresponding optimization suggestions.
Qwen Open Platform supports ecosystem partners and developers in connecting existing Agents to Qwen with a low barrier through standardized protocols. It enables one-click authorization and end-to-end testing and tuning for rapid migration and launch. Qwen provides infrastructure such as accounts, AI payments, and order integration, and includes front-end components and templates to support multimodal interactions. In the future, ecosystem partners can leverage Qwen’s AI capabilities to explore more proactive and personalized service models. For example, housing rental partners could combine milestones such as cleaning, repairs, lease renewals, and moving to create a personalized “rental calendar” service for tenants.

In addition, on the AI glasses side, the open platform offers all developers and industry partners two integration models: Skill integration and industry customization. In Skill mode, developers can even customize Skills using natural language. For example, by invoking the “take a photo with the glasses” capability, they can create a “What’s Around Me” Skill for people with visual impairments that proactively alerts them to obstacles ahead, such as curbs and steps.
