ByteDance Volcano Engine announced today the official launch of the Seedance 2.5 API service.
Compared with Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5 delivers significant improvements in instruction following, long-form storytelling, realism, and audio-visual quality. The model natively supports direct generation of 30-second videos and references for up to 50 multimodal assets. It offers more precise and stable editing capabilities and supports more than ten languages.
Seedance 2.5 is now available simultaneously on platforms including LibTV, 奇想 AI, TapNow, 盼趣 AI, 绘梦工坊 AI, and 星域影界.
Pricing (video cost = token unit price × token usage; under the same conditions, the cost of a single video is: high resolution > low resolution):
Including video input: 42 yuan / million tokens
Excluding video input: 70 yuan / million tokens
At the same time, Seedance 2.0 mini and Seedance 2.0 fast are offering limited-time discounts from August 7 to September 7:
Seedance 2.0 mini: charged at 40% of the listed price, with the price dropping to approximately 0.2 yuan / second at 720P resolution
