Unitree Technology officially launched its subscription today (August 10). According to a report by CLS, comprehensive estimates from multiple brokerages indicate that Unitree Technology’s expected winning probability is between 0.02% and 0.03%, far below ChangXin Technology’s 0.47% level.
The report also stated that since 2026, the average first-day gain for newly listed A-shares has reached 276.04%. Based on this estimate, the book profit from one winning lot of Unitree Technology could exceed ¥200,000.
Unitree Technology has set its offering price at ¥150.80 per share, corresponding to an approximately ¥60.993 billion market capitalization at listing and a post-issuance price-to-earnings ratio of 219 times for fiscal year 2025.
According to the announcement, both the online and offline subscription dates for Unitree Technology are August 10, the payment deadline is August 12, and the initial offering is expected to raise approximately ¥6.1 billion. One winning lot (500 shares) requires a payment of ¥75,400.
The proceeds raised by Unitree will be primarily allocated to four core projects: intelligent robot model development, robot body development, new intelligent robot product development, and the construction of an intelligent robot manufacturing base. Of these, investment in intelligent robot model development alone is expected to reach ¥2.022 billion, accounting for nearly half of the total proceeds.
According to the prospectus, from 2023 to 2025, Unitree Technology’s operating revenue was ¥159 million, ¥393 million, and ¥1.699 billion, respectively, while its net profit was -¥11.1451 million, ¥95.4747 million, and ¥278 million, respectively, making it one of the few high-performance general-purpose robotics companies worldwide to achieve profitability.
