JD.com announced today that it has opened its 2027 campus recruitment campaign, hiring bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral graduates from the 2027 graduating class. Positions cover areas including procurement and sales, logistics, technology, products, operations, design, healthcare, engineering, corporate functions, insurance and finance, marketing, and business.
Compared with previous years, JD.com has introduced AI interviews into its recruitment process for the first time this year. According to the company, graduates who pass resume screening will receive an assessment notification. After passing the assessment, candidates for some positions will need to complete an AI interview or online written test. Those who pass the interview or written test will receive an offer letter.
IT Home reviewed JD.com’s financial report and learned that JD.com Group’s total operating revenue reached 315.69 billion yuan in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 (January 1, 2026–March 31, 2026). JD Retail recorded an operating profit of 15 billion yuan, with profitability at an all-time high.
