Fliggy announced today the launch of its travel AI product “Fliggy Bangbang,” which can help users book flights and hotels and create travel guides.

IT Home learned from Fliggy’s official Weibo account that Fliggy Bangbang can recommend travel plans and automatically provide destinations and travel routes based on users’ needs. It can also book flights, attraction tickets, hotels, and more.

At the same time, Fliggy Bangbang can help users change flight bookings, book airport transfers, upgrade room types, request invoices, and fill out foreign entry cards through conversation.

According to Titanium Media, Fliggy Bangbang is being iterated on a weekly basis. New features, including group travel planning, proactive assistance with flight changes, and ordering food during trips, will be launched soon.
