JD.com’s 7FRESH Coffee announced today that its first 24-hour intelligent unmanned coffee shop will open on August 16 at Galaxy SOHO in Beijing, located at 7FRESH Coffee, B1 Level, Tower A, Galaxy SOHO, Beijing.
On opening day, the store will livestream robotic coffee preparation for 24 hours and challenge the “Guinness World Records” title. All users can serve as witnesses and receive a complimentary robot-made coffee in store during the livestream.
7FRESH Coffee offers refined DIY customization, allowing coffee strength, sweetness, juice concentration, and other settings to be freely adjusted from 1% to 100%. For example, customers can order an Americano with “49% coffee strength and 51% sweetness,” give their personalized drink a custom name, and generate a shareable card.
In addition, the store will later launch an AI-powered personalized recommendation feature that can intelligently suggest caffeine intake based on a user’s physical condition.
As the first 24-hour intelligent unmanned coffee shop, the 7FRESH Coffee Galaxy SOHO location operates around the clock, accepting orders and preparing drinks on demand. Coffee, sparkling water, tea, probiotic juice, and other beverages are available 24 hours a day.
The entire process, from extraction and preparation to serving, is automated. The store’s smart display simultaneously shows the full workflow, including cup placement, preparation, and cabinet storage. AI and robotics form a closed-loop operation from preparation to serving, with no human contact throughout.
